What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly face that greets and assists our valued patients.
  • Provide top-notch customer service over the phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
  • Help with patient records, health fund details, and treatment plans.
  • Support our clinical team with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients, making them feel cared for and comfortable.
