We are seeking an experienced Demi Chef to join our team. This role will work collaboratively with the kitchen team, follow recipes and guidelines, and contribute to the overall quality of dishes.

The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure you deliver the required quality and quantity of product within your section
  • Ensure HACCP requirements are followed and maintained at a high level
  • Reducing wastage, ordering effectively and completing your sections tasks within the time allocated.
  • Make suggestions to the Chef De Partie /sous chef concerning improvement, which would tend to make more satisfied customers
  • Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image at all times.
  • Be aware of the importance of quality products and make every effort to prepare the best products possible.
  • Handle organisational tasks, such as stock management and cleanliness.

Ideally you will have:

  • A can do attitude
  • Previous experience in a hotel kitchen
  • A passion for the industry and producing high quality food
  • Ability to multi-task well
  • Strong people and team working skills
  • A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification
  • A creative approach to the production of food
