Nestled in a sleek converted warehouse in Surry Hills, stands NOMAD Sydney, the flagship of the edition. With a large open kitchen and bar, as well as an intimate private dining room, NOMAD Sydney offers exceptional dining services for its guests and has been an institution in Sydney for over a decade.
Inspiration pulled from travels through Spain, Morocco, and the Middle East paired with a strong belief that Australia has some of the world's best produce, is what has shaped the venue's identity.

Established in 2013 edition is a dynamic and growing hospitality group. Dedicated to delivering forward-thinking hospitality experiences to the Australian dining scene. We prioritise attention to detail, and the exceptional treatment of both our Guests and Team Members.

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking talented Demi Chef's & Chef de Partiesto join the team at NOMAD Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for an eager chef to join a professional kitchen, dedicated to the development of their team.
Our ideal candidates will have
- At least 2+ years experience in casual or premium dining restaurants or wine bars
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and techniques advantageous but not necessary
- Commitment, passion and appreciation for the hospitality industry
- Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility and kindness
- Availability to work a rotating roster
