Our team is currently on the hunt for a talented individual to join our team as an Enrolment Consultant This will be someone who is passionate about assisting students land opportunities that will help kickstart their careers. The successful applicant will gain valuable exposure to the ins and outs of a recruitment company.

**About You**
- Highly organised with an ability to self-manage work priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Results driven and motivated to achieve KPIs
- Available between 2 (Monday, Tuesday) - 5 days a week, 9 am-5:30pm
- Currently studying a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business - preferred but not necessary

**About the Role**
- Be the first point of contact for all student and company enquires
- Proactively engage in follow up campaigns for client leads already in our pipeline
- Achieving monthly enrolment goals based to build up our clientele
- Implementing and maintaining accurate clientele data in our HR CRM system
- Collaboratively trouble shooting and addressing student issues with our team of recruitment consultants
- Managing accounts receivable
- Ad hoc HR administrative tasks
- Meeting RTO compliance
- All training will be provided
- This role has opportunities for both in-office work at our Sydney CBD office and remote work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Graduate
Part-time hours: 22.5-37.5 per week

**Salary**: From $23.74 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:
