**Your new role**

As the Human Resources Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall support of the People and Culture team, regularly undertaking projects to innovate the people function systems as well as the below duties;
- Manage recruitment campaigns by advising on relevant talent attraction strategies, conducting shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Respond to Helpdesk requests for day-to-day HR matters such as policies and procedures
- Guide performance and coaching and misconduct matters or grievances
- Undertake WHS investigations in response to incident reports, whilst ensuring an accurate WHS database is maintained

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have significant contemporary knowledge of Human Resources, Industrial relations and WHS legislations. The successful applicant will need to be collaborative, engaging and outcome-focused, who will bring a passion for people and an understanding of the importance continual staff development plays in an organisation’s success. You will have highly developed communication skills and attention to detail.
