About the Role

We're on the lookout for a motivated Warehouse & Logistics Operator to join our Bundaberg team. This is a key full-time position, responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of materials through our busy yard and warehouse.

Key Duties

- Meet and greet all customers, you are the first point of contact for our customers

- Answer incoming calls

- Provide customers with product information and technical advice on McHugh Steel products

- Provide quotes for customer enquiries

- Complete administration tasks regarding orders

- Customer complaint handling

About You

We're looking for a hands-on team player with a focus on safety and performance.

Must-Have

- Proven experience in sales and administration, specifically construction based products

- Proven experience converting quotes into sales

- Experience working with software-based systems for sales and quotes

Nice to Have

- Understanding of McHugh products and services

- High level customer service skills

- Positive and engaging manner

- Ability to handle any situation in a positive can do/will do manner

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Honest, reliable and highly accountable
