About the Role
Take the next step in your career with a bank that is growing and transforming
As the Branch Manager, you'll be at the heart of BOQ Group's retail transformation journey—leading a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Your day-to-day will be a vibrant mix of coaching and mentoring your team, overseeing lending activities, and ensuring operational excellence across the branch.
You'll be the go-to leader for customer service standards, compliance, and community engagement, while also championing the adoption of digital banking platforms and innovative ways of working.
From opening the doors each morning to reviewing lending pipelines, managing risk, and connecting with local businesses, you'll be hands-on in every aspect of the branch's success.
You'll identify opportunities to improve performance, streamline operations, and build meaningful relationships that strengthen BOQ's presence in the community.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is ready to lead with purpose and energy.
About you
You're a seasoned personal lender or experienced Branch Manager who's ready to lead from the front.
You bring a strong foundation in financial services and lending, paired with a natural ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
You're driven by results, but equally passionate about creating a positive culture where people feel supported and empowered.
Agile and curious, you embrace change and are always looking for ways to improve.
You're customer-obsessed, with a sharp eye for operational detail and a genuine desire to help your community thrive.
You're excited by the opportunity to shape the future of retail banking—bringing your enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and leadership to a team that's ready to grow with you.
