THE POSITION...
 Reporting to the Group Manager of People & Culture you will be working within a collaborative team of HR professionals with flexible and negotiable working hours providing a broad range of HR generalist solutions including recruitment, onboarding, HR advice, supporting leaders with IR and ER expertise and working with the team on various projects on an ongoing basis.

DAY TO DAY...
 No day is the same in this dynamic role; partnering with senior leaders to promote HR best practices and working with the HR team to deliver HR projects and initiatives whilst providing day to day HR related advice including recruitment support, onboarding, HR advice, project support and day to day HR generalist support to multiple business units and so much more.  
This role will work in consultation with management on interpreting and providing advice on staffing needs, awards, employee engagement, disciplinary and or employee relations matters and will work across the business to support various stakeholders on HR related strategic initiatives. 
THE IDEAL APPLICANTS...
 We are open to applicants who come from a number of years in a generalist HR role ready to step into a more autonomous position or experienced HR Business Partners who could hit the ground running.  
Applicants will need to demonstrate:  
- Qualifications in HR or related disciplines
- Experience in manufacturing, sales and or service industry advantage
- HR generalist experience
- Experience and willingness to provide end to end recruitment services
- Strong allround IR and ER principles
- Good business acumen and consultation approach
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong client engagement focus
- Someone who wants to genuinely find the right fit for them long term
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
