About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide expert advice and operational support across a range of workforce matters. This role involves partnering with managers and staff on recruitment, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, and policy implementation.

Key Requirements

  • Prior experience working within the 
    South Australian Government
     or similar public sector environment.
  • Demonstrated capability in conducting 
    classification assessments
     in line with public sector standards.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks relevant to government operations

Additional Information
Full-time Adelaide CBD role, immediate start. Initial 3-month contract with strong potential for extension.
