About the role

This is an opportunity for an eager business/management student or recent graduate to work alongside the human resources department within a global software technology company. Assist the local team in Adelaide, supporting all HR functions within the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Talent Acquisition, including scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and supporting sourcing and screening of candidates.
  • Navigate our internal HR system, and help with the input of data as well as data cleansing to ensure accuracy and optimization of reporting
  • Contribute to HR communications and initiatives, such as the development of internal newsletters and coordination of well-being/ engagement activities
  • Participate and gain exposure to any ongoing HR projects (both regional and global)
  • General administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties to support the team

Requirements

  • Undertaking, or recent graduate of a business or management degree (ideally a bachelor's in human resource management)
  • Ability to work within the Microsoft Office Suite – basic skills in Word, PPT, Outlook, and Excel
  • Desire to pursue a career in the field of human resources
  • Genuine enthusiasm and passion for working with people
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
