We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team supporting the Cooper Fluids Systems division to help us bring that vision to life. In this strategic role, you'll partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals, foster a high-performing workforce, and build a workplace culture based on our values: Fairness, Integrity, Respect, Safety, and Teamwork.

About the Role

As a HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational HR support across workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. You'll be a key enabler of leadership capability, employee engagement, and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership – Collaborate with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, drive organisational change, and support workforce planning.

  • Talent & Performance Management – Support employee development, performance reviews, and succession planning to build a high-performing culture.

  • Employee Relations – Provide expert advice industrial relations and employment law, policies, conflict resolution, and employee engagement while promoting a positive and compliant work environment.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Work closely with the Recruitment Advisor to attract, hire, and onboard top talent, ensuring a strong candidate and employee experience.

  • HR Operations & Compliance – Support the full employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with employment legislation, best practice, polices and organisational values.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Solid HR generalist experience with proven business partnering capability.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and award interpretation.

  • Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding.

  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
