RIMEX Wheel Pty Ltd is the world's leading custom manufacturer of earthmover wheels and rims, with branches throughout Australia and worldwide in the major mining areas.
Our growing company is looking for an experienced and ambitious branch manager to oversee all functions of our Perth location from the hiring of employees to managing customer relations to implementing business strategies. Applicants should have a good combination of analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry landscape. The ideal candidate should be excited about building a great team and establishing a good rapport with new and existing clients in the area.
We're specifically looking for natural leaders who know what it takes to guide a team to success. The successful candidate will value teamwork, transparency and accountability above all else.
This position is for an immediate start.
General Job description, main job tasks and responsibilities:

Management of branch revenue and expenditure.
-
Management of branch staff and work with HR to evaluate the branch staff's KPI progress
-
Mentor and provide leadership guidance to branch staff.
-
Ensure proper procedures and safe work practices are followed.
-
Continues process improvement with both shop and office operations.
-
Coordinate annual stock take and oversee the general maintenance of inventory.
-
Identify and resolve any customers concerns.
-
Develop customer networks and sales base as well as implementation of appropriate sales strategy.

Negotiation of customer supply and service agreements.
-
Monthly site visits with sales reps.
-
Negotiation of any supplies agreement to facilitate the shop and office operations.

Directing and assisting workshop with customer needs and supporting workshop to deliver outcomes.

Manage and support TyreSense staff and liaise with existing and new customers to ensure needs are being maintained

Directing and assisting all employees to ensure:
-
customer satisfaction is maintained and or exceeded.

timely delivery of all products and services.
-
branch and national goals and objectives are achieved.

Experience required:
-
Minimal 7 years of supervisory role in similar experience.

Extensive Industry experience
-
Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
-
Prior mining industry related experience is mandatory.

Prior experience in the use of ERP systems is desirable.
Candidates will be required to:

Undergo a pre-employment medical

Provide employment reference checks if progressing to a second round of interviews
