Exciting food destination Ruben's Deli is looking for a chef de partie to join the team.

Ruben's is a trendy ,fun, upmarket , modern food business in a beautiful store befitting fashionable High St and one of Melbourne's most exclusive suburbs, Armadale. We've quickly  become known for our cool made to order sandwiches (labelled Melbourne's best Reuben) our fish display, incredible salads, desserts and glamorous catering.The emphasis is on modern, hand-made , high-quality food, and produce.

We're looking for a chef de partie to join our team and help Ruben's go from strength to strength

Ideally you will have experience in a busy, high-end kitchen or restaurant and a love for all things sandwich, bagels and pastrami. Experience with Italian specialities, curing, smoking and pickling would be ideal. Responsibilities will include working on our highly publicised sandwich section, larder and general kitchen duties.
