We are a long-established wholesaler of consumer goods to major retail chains, located off Mamre Road in Orchard Hills (adjacent to Erskine Park).

We have a short-term vacancy for a casual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work Mon-Fri pm for 3-4wk in September/early October.

Tasks include:

  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Distributing and sending mail and parcels
  • Entering orders
  • Raising customer credits
  • Other administrative tasks as directed

The successful candidate will have reception, MS Excel and data entry experience.

Please note that your own transport is essential as our location in Orchard Hills is not serviced by public transport. Free parking is provided on-site.
