About The Role
We're looking for a
Stakeholder Relations Manager
to join our NSW Branch and help us grow, strengthen, and inspire our member community.

In This Role, You Will

  • Manage all aspects of assigned Partner Program Plus (PPP) accounts, ensuring stability, growth, and member value.
  • Drive membership acquisition and retention in line with agreed branch growth targets.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across industry, government, academia, and member communities.
  • Champion ACS locally — connecting professionals, fostering advocacy, and representing our vision and values at events and forums.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell ACS products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely member data and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, fiscal, and risk management standards.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and delivering branch events and initiatives that promote ACS and benefit our members.
  • This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — one day you might be meeting with a senior executive to explore partnership opportunities, the next engaging students at a university careers fair, or hosting members at a local networking event.

This role is fixed term for 12 months with the opportunity to become permanent in the future.

About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, relationship-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in account management, stakeholder engagement, or member services
  • Demonstrated success in growing and maintaining solution-based partnerships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive, outcomes-focused approach with excellent time management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
  • Ability to travel within NSW
  • Interest in the tech sector and public speaking (desirable)
