This full-time role is based in Dandenong, placing you at the heart of some of Melbourne's most luxurious residential projects. You'll work closely with builders, architects, and clients to design, cost, and help deliver tailored HVAC solutions that raise the bar for comfort and performance.

You'll be trusted to lead designs and quotations, work cross-functionally with operations and directors, and most importantly—become a key advisor and trusted voice in projects where quality and detail matter most.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Engineering and documenting HVAC systems tailored for high-end homes.
  • Leading the design and quoting process using Wrightsoft, Plandroid, and Simpro.
  • Collaborating with architects, builders, and clients to align HVAC with architectural intent.
  • Managing margin analysis, sales forecasting, and commercial viability.
  • Coordinating a seamless handover from design to operations.
  • Exploring new technologies and refining internal systems and processes.
  • Building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor in the luxury residential space.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in HVAC design, estimating, or engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Clear communicator with the confidence to work directly with clients and industry professionals.
  • Experience with Simpro, Wrightsoft, or Plandroid is highly valued.
  • Experience with VRV/VRF & Airsmart Indoor Environment Systems will be highly regarded.
  • Detail-focused, organised, and thrives in a supportive, high-performance team.
