Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Service Technician. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems, chillers, and other commercial equipment.

About the Role:

  • Routine maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
  • Maintenance of high standards of quality and delivery excellence while exceeding customer service expectations
  • Involvement in growing sales, increasing market share, and driving company net profitability

Key Requirements:

  • High level of communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
  • Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components
  • Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Air-conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence
  • Current and valid Australian driver's licence
