Digital Sales Representative – Marine Industry Marketing

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Sleek Websites is a fast-growing online marketing and website agency specialising in the marine industry. We help boat dealers, marinas, marine service companies, and marine product brands grow through high-performance digital marketing—and we're looking for a driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role

As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and signing new clients who can benefit from our suite of digital marketing and website services. You'll work directly with marine businesses to understand their goals and deliver tailored marketing solutions that help them get more leads, more visibility, and more sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, outreach, and build relationships with potential clients in the marine industry.
  • Sell a suite of digital marketing services including:
  • Social media advertising
  • Google Ads (PPC)
  • SEO services
  • Website design & development
  • Conduct discovery meetings to identify client needs and marketing opportunities.
  • Build and present proposals that clearly communicate value.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and development teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling digital marketing services, including social media ads, Google Ads, SEO, and websites.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing concepts and the ability to explain them to clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with marine industry businesses (boat dealers, marinas, manufacturers, etc.).
  • Existing network or contacts in marine or outdoor recreation industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 38 per week
