This is a contract-based, self-employed role where you'll operate as an Independent Consultant, supported by a well-established personal development and digital education company operating in over 100 countries.

You'll represent award-winning leadership and personal growth programs, using proven systems, structured mentorship, and AI-powered marketing tools to build and manage your own professional portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote globally recognised leadership and personal development programs.
  • Learn and implement digital marketing and online outreach strategies (full training provided).
  • Connect with qualified individuals through professional, values-based conversations.
  • Participate in virtual training sessions and leadership development events.
  • Provide guidance and support to others within your professional network.
  • Operate remotely using only a laptop and phone.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development, or another client-facing professional role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident learning and using digital and AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organised.
  • Passionate about personal growth, leadership, and helping others succeed.
  • Open to learning how to operate as an independent contractor or sole trader (guidance provided).
