The Role: We are looking for a Media Buyer with experience in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads to join our team. You will be managing paid campaigns end-to-end: strategy, setup, optimisation, and reporting. The role is flexible and can be structured as full-time or part-time depending on the right candidate.
You'll be given plenty of support and 1:1 mentorship while also being trusted to own campaigns and deliver results for clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Conduct audience and keyword research to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Work closely with the Director to shape client strategies and offers
- Prepare reports to clearly communicate results and improvements
- Stay up to date with best practices, new features, and platform changes
About You
- 1–2+ years of experience running Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (agency experience is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, optimisation, and analytics
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics into strategy
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working directly with a small, close-knit team
