The Opportunity
We're seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to join our Energy & Utilities team, delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland. This leadership role focuses on Logan's Water Network, overseeing capital works across the
Treatment, Network, and Sustainability portfolios
.

You'll lead projects
from cradle to grave
, collaborating closely with planning, design, scheduling, cost, commissioning, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term success.

This is a
mature, long-term program of works
with a strong focus on
sustainability
. You'll be part of a high-performing team driving civil construction initiatives including treatment plants, network upgrades, asset renewals, and flagship sustainable energy projects. Join us in a

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects with strategic oversight.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, fostering innovation and promoting a Zero Harm culture.
  • Drive budget management and collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimise cost and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor engagement, and supplier coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Engineering qualifications with extensive experience in civil infrastructure project delivery.
  • Water industry experience is preferable
  • Project Management certification and RPEQ (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven leadership in dynamic, service-oriented contracting environments.
  • Strong communication, analytical, planning, and budgeting skills.
