Role: Personal Assistant/Paralegal.

Part of a friendly and supportive administrative team.

Criteria:

The candidate must have:


• High attention to detail with strong verbal & written communication skills


• Good inter-personal skills and organisation ability and prioritising skills


• Computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, word and excel a must – with an ability to pick up new systems quickly


• Must be professional, friendly and willingness to work in a team


• Take responsibility for allocated administrative tasks.

Main duties but not limited to:


• Coordination of the Directors calendar/appointments


• Efficient correspondence management/drafting, accurate editing of tracked documents


• Confidential accurate and personable client relations/correspondence.


• Personal Assistant or paralegal experience in a legal office is highly desirable but not essential.

Character: Identifying with ethos and vision of the firm, calm-under-pressure, confident, organised, pays attention to detail and is committed to a high standard of personal integrity.

Remuneration: Based on experience.

Commencement Date: Immediate start.
