About the role

In this position, you will support and be supported by an experienced and highly regarded team of professionals, including your Director who is a QLS Accredited Specialist.

You'll be joining a team who works for individuals, businesses, company directors, liquidators, administrators, receivers and State government agencies.

Your work day will look a lot like this:


• Providing exceptional client service (phone, face to face and written correspondence);


• Assisting to draft legal documents including Affidavits and general correspondence;


• Filing legal documents with the courts as necessary;


• Collating and indexing documents for disclosure and briefs;


• Maintaining electronic files;


• Monthly billing and debtor control; and


• General administrative support.

It's OK if experience in some of the areas we are looking to fill are not your strong suit, we are looking for someone who is the right fit with our team. We can and will up-skill you, it's part of our commitment to "growing" our team.

About you

You will have a demonstrated understanding of the law, practical experience in a paralegal position and an interest to progress your career in the Legal sector.

Your attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines will be the key to success in this position. You will pride yourself on your organisational skills and have a clear and confident communication style.
