Litigation Paralegal

Join a leading law firm located at Southport that will invest in you. Work on a mix of litigation matters including body corporate disputes, building defect claims, estate disputes and general litigation matters.

The Role

Our client, a long established Gold Coast law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal. Working with a supportive Litigation Partner, you will work on a broad range of litigation disputes including body corporate disputes, building defect claims, estate litigation and other general litigation matters. Your duties will include:

• Drafting correspondence and court documents under instruction
• Assisting with the discovery process
• Drafting letters of instruction and briefs to experts
• Speaking with Barristers and clients
• Diary management and scheduling appointments
• File management;
• Other general legal administration tasks as required.

You

To be suitable for this role, you will have experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Litigation Secretary. Mentoring and upskilling will be provided as the firm is prepared to invest in you.

The salary on offer for this role is negotiable, dependent upon experience.
