Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Melbourne Area for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to client needs. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Proven skills in sales processes, negotiation, and achieving targets.
  • Project Coordination and Communication: Proficiency in managing projects, coordinating with teams, and communicating clearly to meet objectives.
  • Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking: Ability to address challenges and contribute innovative solutions to meet business goals.
  • Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with interior design or workplace solutions is advantageous; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
