About the Role

We are seeking 2 dynamic and adaptable Account Managers, one based in VIC and one based in QLD, to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our instore relationships across your relevant State. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. As an Account Manager, you will be successful at building strong connections with Stores to develop and increase sales performance of individual locations. You will employ a flexible approach to providing support with our valued retail partners. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure streamlined operations and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will span a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Visiting key retail locations across the State to foster relationships and assist with various needs
- Ensuring product specifications and promotion details are communicated and executed effectively
- Overseeing display maintenance to ensure our products are presented in an appealing manner
- Facilitating store purchase order updates and tracking shipments into stores
- Providing product training to store staff to enhance their product knowledge
- Identifying potential opportunities and investment within different locations
- Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Reviewing SOH and sales data to drive increase of replenishment/purchase orders

- Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to remain focused and productive under pressure
- Positive and optimistic nature with a 'do what it takes' attitude
- Professional presentation
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and apply quickly.
- Sufficient skills using MS Office, Excel skills, PowerPoint, etc.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Australian driver's license and access to vehicle
- At least 2-3 years working within a sales/retail role preferred, though not required
- Minimum of 3 years working within face-to-face customer service role
- Knowledge of the appliance industry or similar preferred, though not required
