Flourish PR is seeking a highly skilled
Senior Account Manager / Account Manager
to lead some of our most dynamic client accounts and help shape the next chapter of our agency's growth. The Role

You'll spearhead end-to-end client management, from involvement in strategic planning and campaign delivery to reporting, team oversight, and financial control. You'll guide clients with confidence, lead internal teams with clarity, and bring a proactive, solutions-led mindset to every brief.

What You'll Lead

Client & Campaign Management

  • Drive the direction of PR campaigns across diverse sectors.
  • Build trusted client relationships.
  • Manage budgets, timelines and KPIs with diligence and discipline.

Media & Communications

  • Craft high-quality content with minimal oversight.
  • Secure top-tier media coverage and nurture strong journalist relationships.

Team Leadership

  • Guide and mentor account teams to deliver best-in-class work.
  • Ensure seamless workflow, quality control and strategic alignment.

Reporting & Growth

  • Present clear, data-driven reporting.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitches.
  • Grow revenue within your client portfolio.

What You Bring

  • Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
  • 4–6 years' PR experience with proven client leadership.
  • Standout written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving and organisational ability.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets and multiple projects concurrently.
  • A commitment to integrity, collaboration and high professional standards.
