About the Role

Based in Shepparton, this on site role is all about driving business growth across our Managed IT and ICT service offerings.

You'll identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and help clients modernise their technology environments.

You'll have clear KPIs, strong internal support, and the freedom to grow your client base your way — with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth in Managed IT and related ICT services
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships within the B2B space
  • Identify opportunities for technology upgrades, cybersecurity, cloud, and phone systems
  • Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with our technical team to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs
  • Represent Tech Barn ICT with professionalism and authenticity
