What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our patients—whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and reminders using our practice management software.
  • Register new patients, update their details, and assist with My Health Record registrations.
  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism, attending to any needs or inquiries with care and respect.
  • Communicate with clinical staff—alerting them to patient arrivals, workflow delays, or urgent needs.
  • Handle phone and email correspondence with your phenomenal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Support billing and payment processing tasks, including patient payments and levying of fees.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy practices at all times.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked.
  • Assist with general administrative duties—such as scanning, filing, ordering supplies
