About the role

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at our brand new office in Oran Park, NSW. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of our busy banking and property law practice.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a warm and professional manner
  • Answering and screening incoming calls, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member
  • Providing administrative support, including managing mail, photocopying, and filing
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Assisting with various office tasks as required to support the team

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role (ideally in a professional environment)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software applications
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously
