About the role

Join the dynamic team at Pergola World as a full-time Sales Consultant in our Penrith, NSW location. In this strategic role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium outdoor living products. In this role you will play a vital part in achieving our company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored outdoor solutions
  • Conduct site visits and prepare detailed quotes and proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain an expert understanding of our product range, features and benefits
  • Proactively follow up on sales leads and convert them into successful orders
  • Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the building or home improvements industry
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Self-motivated with a customer first based attitude
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Valid Australian driver's licence required
