Your new role

As a Payroll Officer, you'll take ownership of payroll operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with Australian legislation, and maintain accurate employee records using SAP SuccessFactors. You'll also support audits, and contribute to system upgrades and automation initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll operations
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors for payroll processing and reporting
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools
