Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a high-performing payroll team within a large and complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of monthly end-to-end payroll
  • Manage high-volume timesheet data entry and process weekly and fortnightly T&A (time & attendance) pay runs
  • Enter and approve new starters, terminations, salary changes, deductions and master file updates
  • Provide training, support and guidance to Payroll Officers/Junior Payroll Officer
  • Interpret and apply multiple awards and enterprise agreements
  • Act as first point of contact for payroll queries and issue resolution

Your Background

  • 2+ years' end-to-end payroll experience
  • Proven experience using Chris21/iChris
  • Background in large, complex environments or high-volume payroll processing
