GravityX is an indoor recreational Trampoline Park. It is a locally owned and managed family business, established in 2015 and located in Rutherford. GravityX aims to provide a friendly, unique atmosphere which encourages fun and exercise through trampolining.
Our centre facilities are designed to cater for any jumper whether an experienced pro of first-time visitor. The Park boosts five separate trampoline areas incorporating a main free jump and wall tramp zone, junior jump zone, sports jump zone, our BigAirBag Pit zone and our Little Astronauts play zone enclosure.
The centre piece of the trampoline park is the four lane BIG AIR BAG jump zone, which is the largest in Australia. The European made airbag provides a soft landing for jumpers, and the design allows a fast transition of jumpers. The air bag is a safer and more hygienic.
The Park also has a dedicated air-conditioned parents' room, 3 private air-conditioned party rooms and a 140 square metre mezzanine viewing deck allowing parents and guardians to relax and still have full view of their children or as an additional area to host parties. This together with our fully equipped Infinity Café which serves barista coffee, a selection of cold and hot food, drinks and slushies.

JOB DESCRIPTION -
Trampoline Park Co-Ordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
General Administration:
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
- Inventory management and ordering.
- Store opening duties.
- Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organised and timely manner.
- Provide advice and suggestions to the Manager as needed.
- Promotes good business principles by never discussing company business in public areas or with customers.
- Maintains a friendly, courteous and cheerful demeanor at all times.
- Report any issues with POS, website, social media, customers, staff or the facility to the General Manager.
Marketing, Programs and Events:
- Managing special events (lockouts, corporate events, discos).
- Overseeing event staffing plans.
- Generate and monitor social media sites and interactions as the primary advertising platform.
Financial:
- Performs and/or oversees regular inventory procedures, including ordering, taking physical inventories, controlling waste, etc.
- Implements strategies for improving cost controls.
- Assign tills to cashiers.
- Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Compile and balance cash and EFT receipts at the end of the day/shift.
- Manage labor based on daily business changes while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.
Operational:
- Monitors the workplace safety program.
- Maintain a clean and organised facility, both inside and outside.
- Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked.
- Ensure mezzanine area is clean.
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
- Ensure that all customers are receiving the proper jump service according to company standards.
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the standards.
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
- Oversee the health and safety of customers and staff.
- Supervise and participate in jump area, kitchen and cafe area cleaning as required during peak periods.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the facility's preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the facility's receiving policies and procedures.
- Fully understand and comply with all regulations that pertain to health, safety and labour requirements of the facility, employees and guests.
- Upload all incident reports and video/photographic footage to central database.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain a fully stocked first aid supplies kit.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
Technology
- Proficient in point-of-sale, online booking and event scheduling software.
- Extremely capable with Social Media Platforms for marketing purposes.
Staff Management
- Assist General Manager in making employment and termination decisions.
- Supervision of casual staff.
- Develop and foster a work environment where all employees are free from harassment of any kind.
- Be knowledgeable of facility policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
- Identify and train leaders for each area of the park.
- Train and develop supervisors.
- Report employee misconduct to the General Manager.
Perform any other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by the General Manager.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude with strong leadership and supervision qualities.
- Experience in co-ordinating and supervision of an entertainment business, recreation department or restaurant.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in co-ordinating and supervising entertainment business, recreation department or restaurant operations is required.
- Proven high level experience of social media marketing/advertising skills to generate business growth
- Minimum of 1-2 years business-level social media marketing experience is required to drive business growth.
- Possess excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing.
- Displays a strong knowledge of all job functions and systems.
- A strong knowledge of our POS system.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems is required, with experience in any point-of-sale system acceptable.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) – physical fitness important
- Flexible work hours & availability including weekends and school holidays.
- Senior First Aid and current CPR.
- Current Working with Children Check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00 – $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 38 per week

- Certificate I - IV (Preferred)
