Bladez&Co Clubman is currently seeking a passionate and customer focused sales assistant to join our team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in fashion and sneakers, excellent communication skills and desire to provide outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
    • Offer product knowledge and styling advice to meet customer needs

  • Assist with maintaining store presentation and cleanliness

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Restock shelves and ensure products are well-displayed

  • Assist in merchandising and inventory management

  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

  • Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Passion for fashion, particularly sneakers and men's style

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $30.91 per hour

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
