Additional Information:
- - This role is Permanent, part-time, 30hrs/fortnight.
- Applications close 7 September 2025
- This role requires you to be available to work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and 3 out of 4 weekends (both days).
- The usual working hours for this role are between 6am and 2pm, with the occasional need to work earlier or later during peak periods.
About this work area
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- - Store replenishment with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy to provide correct stock level information to our customers and maintain highest good availability.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout all replenishment and other fulfilment tasks to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Working around forklifts and using manual handling equipment to safely complete fulfilment tasks.
- Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse and store.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as order picking and click & collect handouts.
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you have :
- - A passion for fulfilment operations and safety, with a strong eye for detail.
- An energetic approach as you will spend your day on your feet working with high volume goods replenishment.
- The ability to work independently and to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills as you'll work closely with your team and other departments to achieve operational goals.
- A focus customer satisfaction, ensuring we keep customer outcomes in mind no matter what we do.
- You are comfortable with physical work including repetitive manual handling.
