Are you an ambitious Real Estate Sales Associate looking to elevate your sales career? An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate sales professional to join, Director and Lead Agent Patrick McKinnon and his team at our renowned Place Ascot office.
You will play a vital role in supporting the full sales lifecycle including prospecting and lead generation, buyer management and sale negotiations. You will have access to exclusive training programs, cutting-edge technology, and unparalleled marketing resources that will enable you to succeed as a Real Estate sales professional. You will also have the opportunity to work with prestigious properties and build a strong network of contacts within the industry.

**Scope of the Role**:

- Proactively prospect to generate leads for potential qualified buyers and sellers;
- Buyer management;
- Conducting open homes and private inspections;
- Coordinating client meetings;
- Door Knocking and letter box dropping
- Database management;
- Attending photoshoots and staging appointments
- Facilitate building and pest, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections;
- General administration where required.

**Requirements**:
We are seeking a driven and motivated professional who is eager to immerse themselves in the Real Estate community.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a sales position within Real Estate;
- Current QLD Sales Registration & Driver’s License;
- Proficient in running auction campaigns;
- Be self-reliant, proactive, and maintain a positive attitude while consistently displaying strong work ethic in alignment with our Place values;
- Organisation & can work under pressure;
- Have the ability to multitask due to the high volume of work;
- Be a team player and always striving for the best results;
