One of our top performing agents within our Ascot team has experienced great success and as a result is looking to grow his team We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric Sales Associate with a strong passion for real estate, impeccable time management, and a high level of attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:
Your role will play a crucial part in the overall performance of this highly successful and well established agent. On a daily basis this role will contribute to prospecting for new business opportunities to further grow listings & gain new & future clients on behalf of the agent.
- Buyer management;
- Conducting open homes and private inspections;
- Attending photoshoots and staging appointments
- Facilitate building and pest, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections;
- Prospecting and prospecting administration
- Coordinating client meetings;
- Provision of weekly vendor reports;
- Door Knocking and letter box dropping
- Database management;
- General administration where required.

**Requirements**:
This opportunity is ideal for a hungry and motivated professional who is looking to immerse themselves within the Real Estate industry and learn from a well-established leading agent. Ideally, you will be a friendly and confident communicator who LOVES building repour and long lasting relationships and thrives in a result driven business.
- Minimum of 6-12 months prior industry experience (advantageous)
- Previous experience working within a sales and target driven environment;
- Have a current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or in the process of obtaining
- Current QLD Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills
