About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced senior sales person to join our team in our store in Erina Fair. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our leadership team and sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth through your personal contribution and passion for sales.
What you'll be doing
- Driving sales on the shop floor to meet targets and KPIS
- Providing customers with a personalised and unique instore experience
- Fitting customers in their swimwear while in the fitting rooms, demonstrating features and benefits of the swimwear
- Selecting swimwear for customers to try on based on their specific needs. Using product knowledge to select the most suitable options
- Styling customers in our resort wear and putting together outfits and looks that meet their needs
- Multi serving and working with urgency to ensure all customers receive a high level of service
Working with other team members on the shop floor using strong communication skills
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a sales role or similar within the retail/sales industry
- Previous experience working with and achieving KPIS/sales targets
- Confidence in communication and presence on the shop floor
- Strong people skills, with the ability to connect with customers and provide personalised service
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships
- Someone who has drive to succeed and high personal standards
- A passion for sales and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service
