About the role

Dynamic Home Enhancements is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry Sales Representative to join our team in Coopers Plains, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium home enhancement products.

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions
  • Demonstrating our products and services to generate interest and secure sales
  • Building strong relationships with customers and providing ongoing support
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to team targets
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed sales reporting

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
  • A driven and passionate approach to achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • A professional and presentable appearance
