About the Role

As the Plant Administrator, you will be an integral part of our operations, providing critical administrative support that directly contributes to the safety and efficiency of our workshop. Your work will involve our equipment is compliant and well-maintained.

What You Will Do

  • Accurately upload and maintain records for maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the fabrication and mechanical workshop teams.
  • Raise and process purchase orders, invoices and service-related documentation.
  • Maintain vehicle registrations and monitor equipment maintenance intervals to ensure compliance and support operational needs.
  • Support safety administration, insurance claims and continuous improvement initiatives for plant management and service delivery.

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in a service advisor, plant administration or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with maintenance or plant management systems
  • Knowledge of plant, equipment, vehicles or heavy machinery servicing is highly advantageous.
