About The Role

We are currently seeking a Production Administrator to join our Meandu site. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will primarily assist with data administration including data input, running reports and understanding data flows to solve issues (financial and non-financial), and some general administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting data and running reports
  • Interpreting reports and understanding data flows to solve issues
  • Invoice management (receipting, purchase order creation, reconciliation, problem investigating, maintain reports such as Receipted Not Vouchered, Logged Voucher and Open Purchase Order)
  • Checking and submitting timesheet, payroll and leave entries
  • Administering onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors
  • Raise and monitor Work Orders
  • Other administrative tasks such as maintaining files, stationery orders, keeping meeting minutes, receipting invoices, archiving etc

Please note that this is a Residential Mine - no camp accommodation or housing provided. As such this role would be best suited to current or returning residents of the Kingaroy and South Burnett region.

About You
  • Proven experience in a versatile Administration role
  • Proven experience in Invoice Management System, SAP highly desirable
  • Advanced Microsoft skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systems
  • A passion for problem solving and helping others
  • Accurate data entry skills and detail orientated
  • A good team player attitude

Meandu Mine

BUMA Australia provides a total mine service to Stanwell Corporation's Meandu Mine to deliver coal to the adjacent Tarong power station. We are responsible for both managing and operating the mine.

Services provided include planning, drilling, overburden removal, coal mining, coal processing, rehabilitation, and maintenance of mobile and fixed plant. The project uses a combination of dragline and truck-and shovel operations. Meandu Mine currently has five working pits, with sufficient coal to fuel the stations until at least 2037.
