Join a highly regarded property developer delivering some of Sydney's most notable residential and mixed-use projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to gain full lifecycle exposure, from feasibility, early design and planning, through to construction and settlement, while working alongside a talented, supportive team.

You'll play an active role in feasibility modelling, early-stage design coordination, planning submissions, and project reporting, while also supporting delivery activities through to settlement. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their development career with a clear pathway for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run feasibility modelling
  • Support early-stage design development and coordinate consultant inputs
  • Prepare and lodge planning applications, tracking approvals through to determination
  • Prepare internal reports, board papers, and documentation to inform key decisions
  • Monitor budgets, programs, and cost reports
  • Assist with construction-phase activities, purchaser requests, and settlements

About You:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in an Assistant Development Manager role
  • Proficiency with feasibility modelling and exposure to early design or planning stages
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, or related field
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for quality developments
