Redpath Partners are exclusively partnering with a respected and design-led property development company delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney. This is a unique opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to contribute across both the front-end and delivery phases of residential developments in Sydney's inner suburbs.

You'll gain end-to-end project exposure - from feasibility, planning and design, through to construction and settlement - while working alongside a highly experienced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full development lifecycle including feasibility, planning, design coordination, and construction delivery
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, councils, and service authorities to keep project timelines and deliverables on track
  • Assist with preparing DAs, tracking authority approvals, and managing planning portal submissions
  • Monitor budgets, programs, and cost reports in collaboration with senior development managers
  • Prepare internal reports and documentation to support board updates and key decision-making
  • Coordinate marketing and sales documentation, purchaser requests, and settlement-related tasks
  • Assist with site progress tracking, design issue resolution, and contract administration during delivery

About You:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in an Assistant Development Manager role
  • Exposure to either or both front-end financial analysis and construction delivery phases
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, Engineering, or a related field
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced environment
