About Us

Our client are a leading industrial property developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality Residential, Commercial and Industrial assets across Sydney and beyond.

With a 10 year property development pipeline of exciting new projects and a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality, we're growing our team and looking for a motivated Assistant Development Manager / Property Manager to join us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with due diligence, feasibility analysis, and site investigations for new acquisitions
  • Support planning applications and manage consultants across architecture, engineering, and planning
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including councils, tenants, and contractors
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks
  • Prepare and maintain development reports, presentations, and board papers
  • Provide general support to the Development Manager and broader team

This is a unique opportunity with a combination of development (60%) and property management (40%). It would be well suited to a property management professional who it looking to expand their development experience.

This is an exciting opportunity which include managing long-term assets including a 50k sqm2 Industrial business park, child care facility, office buildings and multiple self-storage units on behalf of a national client.
