What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to keep complex projects on track during design and construction
  • Take ownership of day-to-day project management tasks including planning, stakeholder engagement, and reporting
  • Track budgets, timelines, and risk registers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Prepare insightful reports, board papers, and documentation to support strategic decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with councils, authorities, and internal teams
  • Assist with contract administration and program management
  • Collaborate closely with senior managers to hit key project milestones efficiently

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 12 months' experience in a similar role within property development
  • Genuine passion for residential development and complex project delivery
  • Relevant degree in Property, Construction, Planning, Engineering, or related fields
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
