About the role
We have an opportunity for a Project Director to be part of our Technology & Communication Services Command. The Project Director will ensure successful delivery of projects/programs and provide support to manage competing pressures between project scope, performance, cost and program risk while meeting stakeholder expectations and longer-term community needs. The Delivery Director provides strategic guidance, resolves complex project challenges, and leads high-level consultations and negotiations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
This role includes all inclusive total remuneration package of between $208,400 – $297,250. The salary bandwidth for this role is commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience aligned to the leadership and delivery of the designated project.
This role leads the delivery of mission-critical policing systems, such as the Core Policing Solution and the CAD dispatch solution. The role requires demonstrated strategic leadership across complex stakeholder environments, including frontline police, government agencies, and technology vendors. The Project Director ensures systems are operationally robust, and delivered within budget, defined timelines, and with the intended operational outcomes, through strong governance and stakeholder engagement.
