Job Description

We're on the hunt for a vibrant Office Administrator who loves being at the heart of the action The wizard behind keeping our office perfectly stocked and sparkling. If you're super organized, love variety, and enjoy making things run smoothly, this is your gig

Day to day you will:

  • Manage Front-of-House & Office Operations. Handle reception duties, oversee office ordering and stock, and ensure the general maintenance and upkeep of office facilities.
  • Provide Executive Support. Fulfill EA responsibilities directly for the Content Manager.
  • Assist Promotions & Listener Engagement. Provide assistance to the Promotions Manager, including prize delivery and managing listener correspondence.
  • Support Event Coordination. Help with the organisation of staff events and assist with the logistics of external station events.
  • Oversee Key Administration & Compliance: Manage critical administrative tasks such as WHS compliance, warden training, and first aid compliance.
Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, coupled with acute attention to detail.
  • High-level people skills and an ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • A clear willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • A strong understanding of business confidentiality and the importance of discretion.
