Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • Proven experience in programming and scheduling of site work.
  • Familiar with digital job management.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplace.
  • A current driver's license is required.
  • A Construction Industry White card is required.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage and co-ordinate all on-site activities, ensuring they are completed on time, and to a high standard.
  • Verification and authorisation of invoices for materials supplied and works completed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and associated Company procedures.
  • Interpreting Architectural and Structural documentation and adhering to regulations and codes of practice.
  • Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient building practices.
