**We’re Hiring: Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer | Mining Industry**

**Location**: Belmont
**Full-Time IN OFFICE ROLE | Immediate Start Preferred | 9AM TO 5 PM**
**3 years experience in** **Mining Recruitment is Essential**

If you're sharp, driven, love being on the phone, and know your way around mine site onboarding requirements — we want to hear from you.

**Recruitment Responsibilities**:

- Manage job ads, database sourcing, LinkedIn and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment paperwork, and onboarding.
- Work closely with supervisors and managers to forecast labour needs and pipeline talent.

**You’ll Need**:

- Proven experience in mining recruitment and mobilisation — **this is non-negotiable**.
- A solid understanding of site access and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and client-facing.
- Able to handle **high volume** without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Excellent time management — you're organised, responsive, and thrive under pressure.
- Comfortable managing admin — you can handle paperwork and systems as well as people.

Pay: $59,581.83 - $100,000.00 per year
